Family Outreach Council

The Family Outreach Council is a sub-council of the School Advisory Council. It meets the second Tuesday of every month at 8AM in Room 129.There is also a Google group for email discussions and information dissemination. The Council also serves as a forum for room parents to share information. Subcommittees may have additional meetings or email discussions. The Family Outreach Council has launched several important initiatives including: Transitions of children and their families into Tobin and from House to House, Cambridge School Committee Outreach, Superintendent Liaison, and Events and Fundraising. Examples of events for which volunteers are needed include the Staff Appreciation Luncheon in March, the annual holiday fundraiser, and Box Tops collection.
