Shape Walk

Last week, the children from room 283 went for a walk in the neighborhood. While they walked, they held various shapes in their hands; the children were trying to find things in the neighborhood that matched the shapes they were holding. They found triangles on houses, rectangles on signs, and squares on steps – plus many more shapes. Everyone had a delightful time, and it was a great day for a walk!
