Where did you grow up and what brought you to Tobin?
I grew up and attended school (preschool through college) in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. I came to Cambridge to attend the Longy School of Music for graduate school, and fell in love with the community here. When I graduated, I knew I wanted to stay and teach in this amazing city!
Favorite time of year and why?
I love summer because I love the beach.
Favorite teacher you had in school and why?
In school, I liked all of my teachers and learned so much from each and every one. My middle school band teacher, Mrs. Florenz, and my high school chorus teacher, Ms. Rebelo, inspired me to be come a music teacher, however.
