In art studio last week we asked all Lower and Upper Elementary students "What is Community?" Here is what we came up with!
Students in room 279 introduced themselves by creating poems, listing character traits, and all their favorite things. Each child revealed what they were excellent at and they are now the "Champions" on their very own Wheaties Box! Come on by and see own special bulletin board!
Room 283 families and teachers wrote greetings in Amharic, Arabic, Bengali, English, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Swedish, and Tigrinya. Welcome to our classroom!
