The falcon that used to perch on the tree in the back has returned! I just wanted to share these photos from yesterday with you. he/she/they were spotted perched on the playground structure- check out these photos and feel free to share with your students- I know some of them are really attached to the falcon!

Room 283 students interviewed Chef Nick Speros as a part of the Community Helpers unit. Students asked many interesting questions, and Chef Nick answered thoughtfully and often with a good sense of humor. Chef Nick explained that his favorite part of the job is to cook delicious meals for hungry people and to make them happy. Thank you Chef Nick for being our special guest!

Our science activity is building structures. Waard created a small structure. Mohammed made his structure based on this famous museum. They are pretty similar!
