Amrita Sahni, mother of Jaya Sahni, was kind to share the Diwali celebration that the Sahni family holds at their house! She joined us for our Morning Meeting today and presented a slide presentation. She explained how they celebrate it in their home - sharing special Diwali food, lighting Diyas and making rangolis. Jaya and Amrita also put together a craft work related to Diwali for the children in Room #287. The children can't wait to make their own diyas! Thank you Jaya and Amrita!

Room 284 Preschoolers have been working hard. Lacing to make necklaces, making the letters of their names in the sand, and pin punching.
