About Tobin
Tobin Montessori School is an American Montessori Society Accredited elementary school dedicated to providing a quality educational experience for children in the Children’s House (3-6 years old), Lower Elementary (6-9 years old), and Upper Elementary Programs (9-11 years old). All of the classrooms are multi-age, and students remain in each level with the same teacher. In each of the levels, students engage in a wide range of activities to stimulate intellectual, physical, and social growth. In Montessori, the beautifully prepared environment includes areas of: practical life, sensorial, math, language, geography, cultural studies, science, art, and music.

In addition to academics, children learn how to become responsible members of the school community. We support this work through Grace and Courtesy, and Responsive Classroom curriculums. Self-respect, respect for others, respect for the environment, compassion, and cooperation are key elements that are taught and modeled throughout the school.
